Salalah Sport Club (Arabic: نادي صلالة الرياضي; also known locally as Al-Nimoor, or "The Tiger(s)", or just plainly as Salalah) is an Omani football club based in Salalah, Oman. Their home ground is Al-Saada Stadium, but they also recognize the older Salalah Sports Complex as their home ground. Both stadiums are government owned, but they also own their own personal stadium and sports equipment, as well as their own training facilities.
Sur Club was founded on 03/10/1972. It was re-registered on 26/06/2002. Sur Sports Club is one of the most outstanding famous clubs in the Sultanate carrying the name of Sur province. So, the Club had to match Sur’s sea and sky. Its achievements had to be promoted unto the level of this name to be one of the top clubs in Oman.
Sohar Sporting Club, which was founded on 28/2/1972 and registered on 26/6/2002, is located in Al Batinah Region. It effectively participated in various sports competitions and has several achievements in local competitions.
Saham Club was founded on 24/4/1972 and registered on 26/6/2002. . It participates in various sports events and competitions by joining different sports, social and cultural programs and competitions held by the sports associations; as well as the Ministry of Sports Affairs’ events and programs such as the “Summer of Sports” program and many other sports events.
Dhofar Club, which is located in Salalah, was founded on 20/5/1972 and registered on 26/6/2002. It is considered one of the deep-rooted clubs in the Sultanate. The club has some honorable achievements in the Omani sports whether at the local level or Gulf level. The Club’s start is similar to all other Omani clubs by gathering the local teams who were playing in the neighborhoods.
The Club was named “Al Shabab” after the merging the two clubs Barkaa Club and Wady Al Mawil in 2003.
Suwaiq Club, which was founded on 28/2/1972 and registered on 26/6/2002, is one of the great clubs in the Sultanate. It is located in Al Batinah region, in northern Oman and it is named after the town (Al-Suwaiq). The Club participates in many sports events including the Sultan Qaboos Cup and the Sultanate football league and many other competitions and various sports activities.
Al Orouba Club was founded in 1972 and registered on 26/6/2002. It is one of the greatest clubs in the Sultanate and one of the strongest clubs competing for the Omani League title, Cup, Elite League shield and Championship shield. It is also considered as one of the main tributaries for the national teams whether the first national team or other age groups teams which represent the Sultanate in the international events.
